Four New Pickleball Courts with Lighting
Status as of October 2025: Soft Opening / Lighting to be Installed & Programmed
Community members are invited to play a round and check out the new courts. BPRYCS notes this is a soft opening and  asks community members to use caution in the area as Page Park at large is still under construction. Courts can most easily be accessed from the King Street entrance, with parking available across the street from the courts at the playground and basketball court. The lighting for the courts is currently backordered and BPRYCS is waiting to receive all of the components before installing and programming the lights.
-
The pickleball courts and tennis courts operate on a first-come, first-served basis for public use. BPRYCS offers 2-hour court rentals on a limited basis for $25.00 for 2-hours or $100.00 for a seasonal rental (April - October).

Shade Structure and Shade Sail at the Pickleball & Tennis Complex
Status as of October 2025: Completed / Not Yet Available for Rent
-
A 28' x 36' open timber shade structure was erected adjacent to the tennis courts and features a split gable design. Community members can view the pickleball and tennis court complex as well as the baseball and softball fields from the pavilion.

(20) Car Parking Lot on DeWitt Page Park Road
Status as of October 2025: Not Open / Parking Lot to be Paved and Lined / Lighting to be Installed / DeWitt Page Park Road is Temporarily Closed
-
A (20) car parking lot is being constructed on Dewitt Page Park Road  between the tennis courts and  Page Pool. The Parking lot will serve the tennis and pickleball complex, as well as serve as overflow parking for the pool, sledding, softball, baseball, park events, and more.

(50) Car Parking Lot at the Disc Golf Course on DeWitt Drive
Status as of October 2025: Parking Lot To Be Lined / Lighting to be Installed
-
A formally dedicated and paved parking lot is being constructed at the start of the Rockwell Park Disc Golf Course to replace the formal makeshift trailhead parking.

Orchard Road Trail Development
Status as of October 2025: Lighting to be Installed / Ingraham Field Entrance Open to Pedestrians / Perry J. Spinelli Pavilion Entrance Closed Due to DeWitt Page Park Road closure and construction.
-
Orchard Road extends half a mile (0.5mi) and travels through the heart of Page Park; passing through the orchard field, Disc Golf Course, and old Page Park ski hill. The entire length of the trail has been paved for increased access to residents and community members. There are two main entrances to the trail:
- Between Ingraham Field the Disc Golf Course Parking Lot
- Next to the Perry J. Spinelli Pavilion, just past the Page Park Pond

 Westminster Road Trail Development
Status as of October 2025: Open to Pedestrians and Bikers / Lighting to be installed
-
Westminster Road is a vehicular road way off of Oakland Street that extends into Page Park. The portion of Westminster Road beyond the Page Park entrance, located at the intersection of Westminster Road and Page Avenue is now available to pedestrians only and is no available to vehicle access. The trail adds 0.15 miles to the BPRYCS trail system and works to advance walking and biking connectivity by linking DeWitt Drive and Page Avenue.

Page Park Pond Retaining Wall Installation & Spillway Removal
Status as of October 2025: Construction Ongoing
-
A retaining wall and spillway system are being constructed at Page Park Pond to help manage  a controlled flow of water into the drainage system and downflow areas. The new system will improve erosion and sediment control, reduce flooding, and prevent damage to the structure of the pond.

Pedestrian Walkways and Sidewalks Paved
Status as of October 2025: Paving Ongoing / Lighting to be Installed
-
A five foot paved multiuse pathway will extend along the roadways and amenities through Page Park. Increased access to dedicated pedestrian pathways improves safety, connectivity and accessibility.
